The Israelites believed God breached His promise to them; their murmuring brought slander upon the land. So what does your praise do: God is enthroned as King when you praise Him. The sacrifice of praise is all about your constant choice to serve God. Praise is never performance-based. The Lord receives the offering of your heart as your sincere desire for Him, even when the conditions don\u2019t seem right or fair. Habakkuk 3:17-19 (AMPC) encourages us, \u201cThough the fig tree does not blossom and there is no fruit on the vines, [though] the product of the olive fails and the fields yield no food, though the flock is cut off from the fold and there are no cattle in the stalls, Yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will exult in the [victorious] God of my salvation!
