Quickly, they all were becoming an image of those who were cursed with a curse. Naomi and her family positioned themselves to be weakened and wiped off the face of the earth. They were empowered to fail because they participated in a condemned system. Now, the effect of Naomi’s and Elimelich’s idolatry had infiltrated into the next generation. It devoured the seed needed to continue their name.

            No matter the kind of devastation you may have experienced, God is able to restore you from a corrupt world system, as well as, to keep you from falling. His promise to you is found in Jude 24-25, “Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.”

            Allow God to reposition your soul to receive fully and completely from His abundant supply. Wherever God places you, He is also well able to keep you there. God desires to give you much more than what you lost. Restoration from God’s point of view gives you what the Lord originally intended, not just what your lost. (to be continued)
