Master Righteousness

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable

for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,

for instruction in righteousness:

That the man of God my be perfect,

thoroughly finished unto all good works.”

2 Timothy 3:16-17

Under the Old Covenant, there were only provisions for servants. However, the New Covenant makes provision for adopted sons. If you know you have been fully recognized and accepted as an heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ, then be determined to accept the truth that you are of royalty too.

God desires that you mature in Christ so you can master your God-given inheritance. If you never allow the Word of God to cleanse you from all unrighteousness as you are receiving your inheritance in the earth, you will end up either never touching what God has prepared for you or totally wasting all the substance you receive.

The story of the "prodigal" son illustrates the immaturity of both sons. This entire story is published in St. Luke chapter 15. The youngest was bold enough to ask the father for his inheritance. Without any hesitation, the father immediately gave his sons their portion showing his own generosity, sensitivity, and responsiveness.

The youngest son didn't know what to do with his inheritance, so he wasted it entirely. He ended up becoming a slave although he was born free and an heir to good fortune. The oldest son never received the revelation that he could use his inheritance. Although the first born received a double portion, he never touched it because he repositioned himself as a servant, instead of an heir.

The lack of maturity will always keep you in want. Let the Word and the Holy Spirit be agents that secure your God-given inheritance. God doesn't just want you to learn how to manage your affairs. God’s goal for you is to master the inheritance He has chosen for you. You will tend to only manage things you believe you have to live with, but you master the things you believe are ordained to rule.

I Corinthians 13:11 compares the differences between the immature and the mature. “When I was child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things." The leadership and management training you receive will transform your speech, level of comprehension, and thoughts so you can be a mature king that approves things that are excellent for the kingdom of God. A renewed mind proves the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God, which silences selfishness. Increased understanding grants favor with God and man. Disciplined speech manifests precision in judgment. When God can trust every word that comes out of your mouth, you will see greater results. This is the test. If you literally receive everything you say instantly, will you like what you are surrounded by? If your answer is no, then that's why maturity is prescribed goal.

The goal of maturity is freely giving the Lord full authorization to completely finish what He started in you. The Royal Seed harvests fruits of righteousness. You then can move about unrestrained under the authority of the anointing to do greater works than Jesus Christ did during His earthly ministry as the Word prophesies. Phillipians 1:6, 9-11 supplies the objective for mastering the righteousness of God. “Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; That ye may approve [discern and allow] things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.” to be continued
