Since the original release of Royal Authority: The Right Side of Righteousness, a more in-depth study has been completed. I felt very compelled to share all the rich revelation behind the mystery of the kingdom of God in this second edition.

            When the Lord initially approached me about writing on the topic of righteousness, my first thoughts were: Aren’t there enough books on the topic? After all, I knew God was certain that I knew very little about it. Now I am becoming more transparent under the tutorship of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, my life is progressively transforming into God’s image and His likeness from the inside out. He has empowered me with His own vision and has equipped me with His provision. Daily I’m learning to receive from the Most High on His level. I encourage you to digest what you read and join me in saying, “biggie-size it” because God is the glory and the lifter of our heads.

            Belief systems settle convictions regarding every matter in life. What you choose to believe is so firmly fixed that it cannot be shaken unless you are open to minor adjustments or major overhauls. Because what you believe is the foundation of what you will ultimately receive in life, it is vitally important to raise your standard of spiritual excellence according to the Word of God.

            Unfortunately, many are often plagued with twisted thinking or lack of knowledge about the kingdom of God. They try to walk in the paths of righteousness, although they practice the kingdom of this world's principles.

            Your life will never parallel the righteousness of God if your beliefs are not deeply rooted and grounded in the Word of God. The anointed Word of God is capable of bringing clarity in every area of your life. By raising the bar, you will find your quality of life will also improve. The life and power within the Word of God is so sharp that it can cut a precise line between the soul and spirit, and between what are mere thoughts and intentions of the heart.

            Be determined to discover the truth in the Word of God about the most significant trust factors. First, believing God is who He says He is, has what He says He has, and will do what He says He will do. Secondly, believing you are who God says you are, have what God says you have, and can do what God says you can do.   

            Your perception of those persuasions is evident by your assumed posture as a king, servant, or slave. That same image determines whether you are ruling over, laboring under, or bound to your circumstances. I Chronicles 14:2 unmasks King David’s struggle and triumph with his own self-image. “And David perceived that the Lord had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel.” David was anointed king. He wore what a king wore. He lived where a king lived. He even acted like a king. However, David's life was totally transformed the moment he received the revelation that being king was God's idea.
