I was born and in Cleveland Ohio December 5 1981 to Pastor Phillip K. Jones,Sr. and Min. Gloria Jones. I'm the firstborn of three children. I have a brother and a darling baby sister who is 20. I started playing music at church at 3yrs old. Drums are my first instrument. My dad plays organ and piano and my mom sings. My late grandmother, Clementine Jones played organ and piano as well. She was into jazz and blues heavily. My late grandfather Pastor Leon Lawrence played piano and sang as well. I started playing organ at 8yrs old. My dad and grandmother were my first teachers. At age 9, I was trying to play for my dad's church, Universal Liberty in Christ Temple. I did not play well enough. But he kept me practicing. I also went to school to read music at age 12, I played organ for my late grandfather's church,Greater Faith Baptist Church of Cleveland Ohio. On Sunday nights I played for The Pentecostal Temple Church Of God In Christ. I was saved on Wednesday May 3,1995 at Greater Faith Baptist Church. In High School, I played for the gospel choir and played drums and piano for the Jazz Ensemble.I graduated in 2000 and went to Hampton University for a year and moved back. I went to Tri-C community college for jazz.. I recently graduated from Oberlin Conservatory Of Music May 28 2007. I also got married on Saturday, April 7 2007 to the greatest girl in the world, JaNeen A. Jones. I now have two sons, one is 10yrs old and the other is 4yrs old. I aint havin' no more until the 4yr old is 10.God Bless, That's it.
